Gave it a go...

This game is so sick!  I love it!  The combat feels really good.  Moving around, swinging the sword, jumping, dodging, it all feels excellent and I can do it all day.   The presentation is also great, I especially like the details in the environment and how your character's sprite changes with weapons and armor.  Although the sprites do look jarringly familiar sometimes.

The only thing I didn't like much was the chain, which felt a little awkward.  You can also climb any wall by hugging the wall and spamming the chain button while holding diagonally up.  It's sequence breaking but it's not very interesting.

I hope the game gets bigger (and a map would be nice) because I want to play so much more.  Amazing job, I'm excited to hear more.

The game requires DirectX 9.0c. Do not try to run this build on GNU/Linux.

I finally beat the demo (yei!) and I´m enyoing this game more and more. I also have some feedback:

1) The graphic style is awesome!

2) The combat is fluid

3) I like the level design (at least the few secenarios of the demo) and the interection tha some upgrades (or habilities) offer

4) I´m still having problems with the diagonal hooking, I don't know if this is going to be fixed but if not maybe I would suggest the elimination of that game mechanic

5)The Red Knight is easy to stuck in a corner if I start the attack, I dont know if you already knew it

I can´t wait to play the next demo :)

the music was kind of short but it was very good
most of the sound effects were pretty good but the voice the character makes when he gets hit is really bad
not 100% sure if I like the slower and more deliberate nature of the combat as compared to SotN but it definitely carries a good weight to it and you can still back dash cancel attacks so it works

not much going on with the level design so hopefully you'll have some puzzles or something in the future
metroidvania is my shit so I'm pretty excited for this one

Looks promising, controls are a little fustratring, I need to play this games with a controller. Seems cool enough otherwise.
